This photo was including a bundle I brought from eBay years ago.
I wanted to share it in case anyone can identify the people, the date or the location.
I have googled High View Boarding Establishment but have found nothing obvious.
The following is stamped on the back so I assume this photograph was taken for a newspaper article or some sort of publicity photo?

A google search for this company paid off.
According to The London Gazette, 13 June 1952, the company was one of a number about to be struck off the Register and dissolved.
COMPANIES ACT. 1948.
Notice' is hereby given, pursuant to Section 353 (3)
of the Companies Act, 1948, that, at the expiration of
three months from the. date hereof, the names of the
undermentioned Companies will, unless cause is
shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register,
and the Companies will be dissolved.

So I think with that and the clothing the photo must pre-date 1952.
