52 Ancestors: Week 33: Mary Ann Pearson died 3rd April 1924 - Erdington

A mother to all our hearts most dear,
Long shall we bathe thy memory with a tear
Farewell, no longer on earth to dwell,
Fondest of mothers, farewell, farewell.
My rest is in Heaven, no rest had I here;
Then why should you murmur, my children so dear,
Then dry up those tears, the worst that could come
But shortened my journey and hastened me home.

In Loving Memory

OF

MARY ANN PEARSON

DIED APRIL 3RD, 1924

Aged 72 years

Interred in family grave at Erdington Parish Church
